We know you’re excited to receive your order! That’s why, as soon as it’s placed, our warehouse team gets to work packing your items for quick despatch. Because of this, we’re often unable to cancel or make changes once an order has been processed.
However, you have 30 minutes after checkout to make any amendments yourself before your order moves into fulfilment. This is the best way to ensure any changes are made successfully. If you need to update your order, please do so within this window.
If your order has already entered fulfilment, we won’t be able to make modifications, but if your items qualify, you're welcome to return them for a refund by following our returns process.
