To redeem your rewards, first sign in to your account (you need to have an account created to accumulate reward points!)
Then click on the yellow gift icon in the bottom left of the screen. You should see an option to redeem your points against one of the rewards. Doing so will generate a code that can be used at the checkout to claim your reward.

You can also access your rewards in the 'My Account' section of the website when logged into your account.
Just so you know, only the select list of items is available as part of the reward benefits.
