What if my item is damaged or faulty?Updated a year ago

Don’t panic! In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, we will replace them free of charge. If you have received damaged or faulty goods or the item is not as expected, please contact us at [email protected] before sending anything back so that we can resolve the issue at no cost to you in the best way possible.

We may be able to resolve the issue without troubling you to return the affected item. Please include a photo of the problem in your message and let us know whether you would prefer a replacement, refund or repair.  

Our customer service team will then seek to put the matter right as quickly and as satisfactorily as possible.
