Absolutely! As long as you haven't yet placed the order we can resolve that for you. Please send an email to [email protected] with details.

Do you offer a discount for first time customers?

It's lovely to hear that you're looking to shop with us!. We don't offer first time discounts. However, we do have a Sous Chef rewards programme – create a Sous Chef customer account, click on the green gift button in the bottom corner of your screen
