Yes, these options are usually available!
You can’t set this at the Sous Chef checkout, but once your order is in transit, you can choose to have it sent to a Parcel Shop, locker, a safe spot at home, or even a neighbour. This has to be done by you, the recipient.
Most standard deliveries go with EVRi, and express, weekend, or age-verified orders go via DPD.
To manage your delivery:
If you can’t use the apps, you can still leave instructions through your tracking link - but the apps give you the most options.
Please note: For orders placed with DPD Signature Required for bladed items, these options are not available and must be delivered to the address itself. However, you can still pick a different delivery day if this works better for you.
