It can answer common questions in seconds - like tracking your order, checking product details, and even helping to resolve order issues - so you spend less time waiting and more time cooking. Plus, it’s available outside our normal support hours, so you can get answers when it suits you.

If the AI hits a tricky question, or if you’d rather chat with a real person, no problem! You can simply ask it to escalate your request, and it will be passed straight to our human team, available Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. You can also ask a human to review any automated decision, and if you’d prefer to skip AI replies altogether, just let us know - we’ll make sure a real person always handles your query.
