I live in the Channel Islands - will the VAT be removed from my order?Updated 3 months ago

Orders going to the Channel Islands are treated as zero-rated exports for VAT purposes. However, the total amount paid for the order remains the same, considering the costs of doing business across all markets and factoring in commercial market conditions.

This means that if both a UK customer and a Channel Islands customer purchase the same £55.00 pan, you will both pay the same £55.00 total item cost. The UK customer is paying £45.83 for the pan, along with £9.17 in VAT. The Channel Islands customer is paying £55.00 for the pan alone. Significant additional administrative costs for overseas customers are covered within the prices we charge. Our delivery charges to this location are flat rate and fully trackable – whether you order 1 or 50 items. Moreover, we assume all costs in the event that your parcel goes missing.
