Tracking says my package has been delivered but I haven't received it?Updated a year ago

You may wish to double check whether the parcel has been left hidden somewhere (e.g. porch, garden shed etc), or with a neighbour. 

It’s also possible that your order is still on the way but was mistakenly scanned as delivered. If you're not in a rush and can wait a day or so, we find the parcel will often turn up.
