An item is missing from my order. What do I do?

Tracking says my package has been delivered but I haven't received it?

I live in the Channel Islands - will the VAT be removed from my order?

Orders going to the Channel Islands are treated as zero-rated exports for VAT purposes. However, the total amount paid for the order remains the same, considering the costs of doing business across all markets and factoring in commercial market condi
